Should Randy orton Turn Heel or stay Face?

the guy is made to be a heel. even as a face i feel as though hes not fully face..his character can never been fully be the "good guy". although hes not a bad face...part of being a really good face is also having good mic skills which he does not. to be a heel you just have to be the one people love to hate and go around kickin peoples asses. mic skills are not greatly needed although he should develop them anyway because its getting boring just havin him there not talking at all or talking like a robot.
