My son is teething really bad and?

He's cutting his first tooth, he's almost four months and he has been teething BAD. I've given him all natural baby orajel and a cold cloth he wont take a paci or anything else. He has been crying all the. Once i put him to the breast he falls asleep and he's okay but he cries every time i try to put him down. I feel so bad that he's in so much pain but i don't know what to do. Advice please??
